In the plugin dashboard, click the 📝 Keywords tab.

Click the + Add Keyword button.

A modal window will appear with the following fields:

• Keyword: Enter the word or phrase (e.g., “WordPress SEO”)
• Target URL: Enter where it should link to (e.g., https://yoursite.com/seo-guide)
• Attributes: Optional checkboxes for nofollow or new tab

Click Save Keyword button.

Go to the ⚙️ Settings tab to adjust:

• Max links per post: Default is 10 (recommended 5-10)
• Max per keyword: Default is 2 (prevents over-linking)
• Exclusions: Exclude headings, first paragraph, etc.

That’s it! The plugin now automatically adds links:

• ✅ Links appear when anyone views your posts
• ✅ No database changes – 100% safe
• ✅ Remove keywords anytime to stop linking

Go to the 📊 Analytics tab to see:

• Total links inserted
• Top performing keywords
• Unused keywords
• Posts with links

In the plugin dashboard, click the 🔗 Outbound Links tab.

Fill in the configuration form:

• Keyword: The text you want to link (e.g., “WordPress hosting”)
• Target URL: Your affiliate or partner link

Select your preferences:

• ☑️ Whole word only – Recommended
• ☑️ Skip posts with existing link – Avoid duplicates
• ☑️ Open in new tab – For external links
• ☑️ Add nofollow – For affiliate links
• ☑️ Add sponsored – For paid partnerships
• Max per post: 3 (recommended)

Click 🔍 Test Keyword to see:

• Sample matches from your content
• How the matching works
• If keyword exists on your site

Click 📊 Scan Site for Matches

• Plugin scans all published posts and pages
• Finds every occurrence of your keyword
• Shows you results with context
• Takes 30-60 seconds

The preview shows:

• Total matches: e.g., “47 occurrences across 12 posts”
• List of posts: Each post with checkboxes
• Context snippets: See text around each match
• Match count: How many times in each post

Choose which posts to modify:

• ✅ Posts are checked by default
• Uncheck irrelevant posts
• Use “Select All” to toggle everything
• Click “Edit Post” to review content

Click ✓ Apply Changes to Selected Posts

• Confirmation dialog appears
• Shows number of posts to be modified
• Click OK to confirm
• Links are added to selected posts

Success screen shows:

• ✅ Number of posts updated
• ✅ List of modified posts
• Option to add another outbound link

The 📋 History Section tracks:

• Every keyword and URL you’ve added
• Which posts were modified
• When links were added
• Link attributes used

Click Show History to view the complete table.

In the plugin dashboard, click the 🤖 Smart Suggestions tab.

Click the big 🔍 Scan Content Now button.

• AI analyzes all your posts and pages
• Finds frequently mentioned phrases
• Takes 30-60 seconds for large sites

The AI shows two types of suggestions:

• Keyword Suggestions: Common phrases found across your content
• Orphaned Pages: Posts with no internal links pointing to them

Each suggestion shows:

• Phrase: e.g., “content marketing strategy”
• Frequency: e.g., “12 times across 5 posts”
• Suggested URL: Best matching page on your site

For each suggestion:

• Review if it’s relevant to your content strategy
• Click + Add as Keyword
• Keyword is automatically added to your list
• Start linking immediately!

For orphaned pages (posts with no incoming links):

• Review the page title and URL
• Click Create Keyword
• Choose a good keyword for that page
• Add it to your keyword list

Re-scan your content:

• After publishing 10+ new posts
• Monthly to find new opportunities
• When planning content updates
